Luke Helming
Luke is a certified functional strength coach through Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. He has coached over 2,000 hours of group fitness classes, and has worked with hundreds of clients in one on one sessions, group sessions, or in a physical therapy setting. He specializes in strength and conditioning; however, He has experience in endurance training, mobility, and nutrition. Luke is an avid cyclist in the warmer months, and a year-round yogi.
