The first half includes bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and light weights, while the second half focuses on stretching and recovery. Breathing techniques promote relaxation and body awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications available. Join us to strengthen and enhance body awareness.

ZUMBA

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome. It incorporates many dance styles including merengue, salsa, chacha, mambo, cumbia, reggaeton, belly dancing, flamenco and more. No experience needed! People of all ages, fitness levels, and dancing abilities can have a blast while getting a good workout at their own level.

BHAKTI YOGA

The practice of love and devotion towards the innermost self as a reflection of the Divine. This class offers a vinyasa yoga experience that weaves in themes from ancient yogic texts, complemented by mantras and chanting.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

WEDNESDAY | 9:00 AM CST

This circuit workout engages your whole body through a combination of cardio, lower body, upper body, and core exercises. Some equipment may be required, which the instructor will specify before class. Alternatively, you can also choose to use just your body weight!

BEATING BURN-OUT

WEDNESDAY | 6:30 PM CST

In this class, you'll learn to address burnout through kinesthetic and psychological approaches. Suitable for those experiencing burnout or seeking to maintain well-being, Dr. Saara will guide you in self-discovery with practical tips to overcome burnout. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal for self-reflection.

Movement and Meditation is a yoga class that blends a gentle yoga practice with a variety of meditation and breathwork techniques. Participants will explore different introspective themes designed to nurture both body and soul. While having two blocks and a strap or towel can enhance the experience, they are not required for participation.

RECOVER & STRENGTHEN

FRIDAY | 9:00 AM CST

Conclude your week harmoniously with our Recover & Strengthen class. During this session, you'll use a foam roller for a revitalizing self-myofascial release experience, designed to ease muscle tension and enhance flexibility. Following the rolling segment, we will shift into core-strengthening exercises to establish a strong foundation of abdominal strength.This class perfectly combines recovery and empowerment, ensuring you feel revitalized and prepared for the weekend ahead.

YOGA SCULPT

SUNDAY | 11:00 AM CST

Experience a comprehensive full-body workout! This class kicks off and concludes with vinyasa yoga. The majority of the session focuses on full-body strength training, complemented by some cardio exercises. Having two sets of hand weights (3 lbs and 5 lbs) will be beneficial for this class.
